The registration for the 2011 BoardFF pool is now closed.

Once you successfully login, you may input your pick for the current week of the NFL's regular season.

The grand prize for a single winner depends on the number of entries, the winners bracket will receive 2/3 of the total entry fees while the losers bracket winner will receive the remaining third. The entry fee is still 17 peanuts per entry, 10 goes to the winners bracket, 5 goes to the losers bracket, and the remaining goes to the web host and transaction fees.

Looks like 31 entries this year so a single winner of the Winners bracket will get 310 peanuts, a single winner of the Losers bracket will receive 155 peanuts.

You may not login unless you have previously registered and submitted the peanuts for your entry or entries. Please enter all necessary fields below and click the Login button. You can look here for your User Name if you would like to verify it.

NOTE: Getting an error, then just e-mail the webmaster@sportstechie.com and indicate the error you are getting in the e-mail text.
To login as a guest, please use a User Name of "guest" and a Password of "poolgues" to view the pool and even input a weekly pick for fun.

Notes: The picks input range from last year will still apply this year, you will have until 3:00 A.M. ET Sunday morning to make your picks, except on weekends where there are Saturday games - this is Week 15 - 12/17/11 and Week 16 - 12/24/10, then it is 11:00 A.M. ET Saturday morning.

Weekly picks need to be input by 3:00 A.M ET Sunday morning, this is before the games on Sunday and Monday, this is NOT Sunday night or Monday morning, it is Sunday morning. A special exception will be made for the Thanksgiving Day games and other Thursday games that start in Week 10 in that you may only pick the Thursday games before noon ET that Thursday. Make your picks early and avoid any possible errors with your picks.

SPECIAL RULE CHANGE NOTE: With rules already in place last year for illegal picks whereby an entry would get a default pick, and with the Winners bracket winner taking the pool via an illegal pick, since by rule last year his default pick won, a change will be made starting in the 2006 pool.

No entry can win a bracket if an illegal pick was made and the default pick turns out to be a correct pick. To win a bracket you have to make your own legal pick. For instances where a default pick could potentially win a bracket, that pick cannot win and the pool will be extended another week. The entries that would have dropped out will be put back in, including the entry that made the illegal pick.

For the instance where an illegal pick was made in Week 17, the last week of the regualr season, then the winning peanuts will be split by the number of entries left or the playoffs will be used to break the tie if a simple majority votes to use the playoffs.

Pool Facts and Rules

2011/10/30 - Congratulations to Val B1 for picking the NY Giants as they held off the Dolphins as she takes the Winners Bracket and the 310 peanuts since the Rams surprised the Saints and Pat C1 lost in the winners. Now both entries will move to the Losers Bracket and continue playing.

2011/11/10 - The Thursday night games start today in Week 10 and you may only pick a winner for a Thursday game prior to noon ET on that particular Thursday.  Make your picks early and avoid any possible errors with your picks.

2012/01/04 - Congratulations to bbarnes4996 and BB2 as they made correct picks in Week 17 of the Losers bracket and have chosen to split the peanuts with both receiving 77.50 for their finish this year.

The pool is complete thisyear and hope everybody comes back to play next year.
